Lead and manage onshore and offshore interfaces of NFPS Compression Projects with related projects, ensuring coordination to meet program goals. Handle complex, deadline-driven interfaces, SIMOPS during shutdowns, and multiple stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
 

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic direction and align project interfaces with organizational goals.
• Develop and enforce interface management policies and standards.
• Identify and mitigate interface risks and conflicts.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and secure necessary approvals.
• Manage project integration, interdependencies, and SIMOPS support.
• Serve as key contact for interface issues and stakeholder communication.
• Monitor progress, address issues, and report critical updates.
• Deliver tasks on schedule in a multicultural environment.
• Maintain documentation and report to senior management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Science or Engineering
• 8 years in oil & gas interface management, including 1 year supervisory
• Experience in project execution, engineering, and operations
• Skilled in managing complex projects and interfaces
• Strong understanding of project lifecycle and interdependencies
• Proficient in Interface Management Plans, processes, and reporting

Skills and Competencies

• Experienced in complex interface management for large oil and gas projects
• Skilled in managing interfaces with government, contractors, and vendors
• Knowledgeable in legal, commercial, and technical risk management
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Proficient in English and relevant software tools
• Culturally sensitive, with experience in multi-disciplinary, multicultural teams
