Support on-site project coordination between teams and contribute to the successful execution and timely completion of the project.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide administrative and coordination support to the Logistics Division Manager and PMT teams.
Liaise with company on permits and operational requirements.
Coordinate staff mobilization, transport allocation, and site access passes.
Manage office operations, transport policies, procedures, and records.
Coordinate vehicle mobilization, maintenance, servicing, and operations.
Monitor vehicle safety, compliance, and facility maintenance.
Coordinate vendors and service providers, ensuring contract compliance.
Handle employee requests related to office administration.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Engineering, Project Management, Supply Chain, Law, or a related discipline.
8 years of relevant business experience, including 4 years in Oil & Gas.
Strong administrative experience.
Knowledge of project execution is an advantage.
International experience, preferably in Qatar or the Middle East, with RLIC and large-scale project exposure preferred.
Valid driving licence may be required.
Skills and Competencies
Handles complex tasks and guides staff and internal customers in resolving issues.
Proficient in MS Office, particularly Word and Excel.
Demonstrates initiative to deliver timely and cost-effective services.
Works independently within established procedures, plans, and budgets.
Plans and schedules work independently and coordinates team activities efficiently.
