Lead and perform information management and handover activities for the projects scopes to esnure adherence and compliance to company policies and procedures.
 

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify post-project technical documentation requirements and ensure timely handover to asset owners.
• Coordinate Contractor and Subcontractor Information Management activities to meet Company requirements.
• Lead PMT reviews of Project Information Handover deliverables to meet early and final submission deadlines.
• Lead IM PMT reporting and support project management reports.
• Provide daily PMT support on technical documentation and correspondence.
• Develop and review ITTs, TBEs, and clarifications for IM and IT disciplines.
• Ensure Company and Contractor PMT compliance with policies and procedures.
• Lead weekly discipline meetings to resolve issues and prevent potential delays.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering Technology, IT, Computer Science, or Business Administration.
• Minimum 8 years’ experience in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of hard-copy and electronic document control and information management systems.
• Proven experience in similar roles on large international projects.

Skills and Competencies

• High proficiency in written and spoken English.
• Proficient in standard office and relevant technical applications.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills across all organizational levels.
