Oversee Compression Platform coating and insulation fabrication from yard activities through loadout, ensuring project objectives, design constructability, and compliance with engineering drawings, industry standards, and fabrication requirements through effective Company and Contractor coordination and issue resolution.
 

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure fabrication safety compliance.
• Oversee CP and jacket coating and insulation fabrication, meeting safety, quality, and schedule targets.
• Supervise Contractors/Subcontractors to ensure compliance with contractual, technical, and Mechanical Completion requirements.
• Review engineering deliverables for constructability and technical compliance.
• Review standards deviations and ensure complete project documentation and as-built dossiers.
• Monitor progress and quality, identify issues, and recommend corrective actions.
• Review progress reports and address delays and performance gaps.
• Coordinate coating, insulation, MC, pre-commissioning, and commissioning activities.
• Participate in risk assessments and project meetings.
• Contribute to lessons learned and REX.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Science or Engineering.
• 8 years’ Oil & Gas EPC execution experience in coating and insulation fabrication 1 year in a supervisory role.

Skills and Competencies

• Knowledge of project execution, field management, fabrication, welding, lifting, testing, and completions.
• Oil & Gas experience with operators, contractors, service providers, or heavy construction companies.
• Knowledge of design codes, standards, safety, fabrication, transport, installation, and hook-up.
• Experience with offshore/onshore facilities and yard operations.
• Knowledge of sour gas and LNG facility execution risks.
• Experience in large-scale operating organizations.
