Oversee Compression Platform structural fabrication from yard activities to load-out, ensuring project objectives, design constructability, industry standards, and effective coordination between Company and Contractor teams.
Key Responsibilities:

Ensure compliance with fabrication safety requirements.

Oversee structural fabrication to meet safety, quality, and schedule targets.

Supervise contractors to ensure compliance with contractual and technical requirements.

Review engineering deliverables for constructability and compliance with standards.

Ensure construction and MC documentation is complete and consistent.
-
Monitor progress and quality, identify issues, and recommend corrective actions.
-
Review progress reports and coordinate fabrication, MC, and commissioning activities.

Participate in risk assessments, technical meetings, and lessons learned.
Qualifications:
-
Bachelor’s degree in Science or Engineering; relevant experience may substitute.

8 years’ Oil & Gas project execution experience in structural fabrication within EPC contracts 1 year in a supervisory or leadership role.
Skills and Competencies

Knowledge of fabrication, welding, lifting, testing, and project execution.

Oil & Gas experience with operators, EPCs, or construction contractors.

Knowledge of fabrication, installation, transport, and safety standards.
-
Experience with offshore/onshore structures and yard operations.

Knowledge of sour gas and LNG project risks.
-
Experience in large-scale operations or project organizations.
