Lead the Compression EPC Contractor in safely delivering CP Topsides mechanical works in line with project HSE, quality, schedule, and execution objectives, ensuring design constructability, fabrication alignment, and effective issue resolution through strong Company and Contractor interfaces.
 

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure HSE compliance during fabrication activities.
• Manage CP Topsides mechanical equipment fabrication, ensuring safety, quality, and schedule compliance.
• Supervise fabrication, Mechanical Completion, pre-commissioning, and commissioning activities.
• Verify design constructability and compliance with project specifications and standards.
• Review technical documentation and ensure completion dossiers are consistent and complete.
• Monitor progress and quality, identify deviations, and implement corrective actions.
• Coordinate mechanical activities with Contractors/Subcontractors.
• Participate in risk assessments, technical meetings, and lessons-learned reviews.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Science or Engineering; relevant experience may substitute.
• 8 years’ Oil & Gas major project construction experience, including 1 year in supervision.
• Knowledge of project execution, fabrication, welding, lifting, testing, and completions.
• Experience with Oil & Gas operators, contractors, or heavy construction companies.
• Experience in large-scale Operations, Projects, or Subsurface organizations.

Skills and Competencies

• Knowledge of design codes, standards, and safety requirements for fabrication, transport, installation, brownfield execution, and hook-up.
• Knowledge of offshore/onshore facilities, structures, and yard operations.
• Understanding of execution methods and risks associated with sour gas and LNG facilities.
