Oversee planning and execution of building and architectural construction activities from yard fabrication to load-out, ensuring project objectives, design constructability, and compliance with engineering drawings and industry standards through effective coordination with company and contractor teams.
Key Responsibilities:

Ensure safety compliance throughout fabrication activities.

Manage CP structures fabrication to meet safety, quality, and schedule objectives.

Supervise contractors’ fabrication, mechanical completion, and commissioning activities.
-
Verify constructability and compliance with engineering requirements and standards.
-
Review deviations and ensure complete construction and completion dossiers.
-
Monitor progress and quality, identify issues, and implement corrective actions.
-
Review progress reports and coordinate contractor performance.
-
Participate in risk assessments, technical meetings, and lessons learned.
Qualifications:
-
Diploma in Building or Architectural discipline.
-
8 years’ experience supervising building/architectural works on offshore decks, topsides, or living quarters.

Experience working with multinational teams.
-
Knowledge of project execution, field management, fabrication, welding, lifting, mechanical testing, and completion.
Skills and Competencies

Experience with oil and gas, contracting, service, or heavy construction companies.

Knowledge of design standards, codes, and safety requirements for fabrication, transport, installation, brownfield execution, and hook-up.

Knowledge of offshore/onshore facilities, structures, and yard operations.

Understanding of execution methods and risks in sour gas and LNG facilities.

Experience in large-scale operations, projects, or subsurface organizations.
