Lead building and architectural construction activities, ensuring safe, quality, and timely execution in line with project objectives, HSE, and quality standards. Ensure design constructability, resolve technical issues, and coordinate with company and contractor teams to achieve efficient construction delivery.
 

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance with fabrication safety requirements.
• Manage structural fabrication to meet safety, quality, and schedule targets.
• Supervise contractors to ensure compliance with contractual and technical requirements.
• Review engineering deliverables for constructability and compliance.
• Ensure documentation and dossiers meet project standards.
• Monitor progress and quality, addressing issues and delays.
• Coordinate fabrication, mechanical completion, and commissioning activities.
• Participate in risk assessments, technical meetings, and lessons learned.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, Construction Management, or Architecture.
• 8 years’ Oil & Gas construction experience, including 1 year in supervision.
• Knowledge of project execution, fabrication, welding, lifting, testing, and completions.

Skills and Competencies

• Oil & Gas, EPC, service, or heavy construction experience.
• Knowledge of fabrication, installation, transport, brownfield execution, and applicable standards and safety requirements.
• Familiarity with offshore/onshore facilities, structures, and yard operations.
• Knowledge of sour gas and LNG project execution risks.
• Experience in large-scale operating organizations.
