Coordinate offshore Brownfield, Shutdown, Hook-up, and Commissioning activities for the Instrument & Control discipline, ensuring COMPANY standards, safety, quality, and project objectives are met in collaboration with Operations and contractors.
 

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements during offshore execution.
• Coordinate Brownfield, Hook-up, Mechanical Completion, Pre-commissioning, and Commissioning activities.
• Supervise contractors and subcontractors to ensure compliance with contractual, technical, and international standards.
• Review engineering deliverables for constructability and technical compliance.
• Monitor contractor progress, identify issues, and ensure timely reporting and resolution.
• Coordinate progress tracking and reporting with contractors and subcontractors.
• Oversee PTW meetings and ensure compliance with approved method statements and JSAs.
• Report discipline-related non-compliance to line management.
• Promote safety culture offshore and ensure closure of assigned safety actions.
• Participate in lessons learned and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Higher National Diploma in Instrumentation and Control.
• Minimum 8 years’ experience in construction-related disciplines on major Oil & Gas projects.

Skills and Competencies

• Oil & Gas operator, contractor, or offshore construction experience.
• Knowledge of offshore execution standards, codes, safety, and commissioning.
• Understanding of offshore facilities, sour gas, and LNG operations.
• Experience in large-scale Operations, Projects, or Subsurface organizations.
