Plan and manage offshore topsides piping fabrication and erection, ensuring safe, quality, and timely execution in line with project objectives, construction sequences, and schedules. Coordinate spool fabrication, resolve site clashes with engineering, and align company and contractor teams on execution and issue resolution.
 

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure HSE compliance, piping preservation, and safe site practices.
• Manage piping fabrication, installation, and completion to meet safety, quality, and schedule targets.
• Supervise contractors across fabrication, mechanical completion, pre-commissioning, and commissioning.
• Verify constructability, technical compliance, and QatarEnergy LNG standards.
• Ensure complete project documentation and zero carry-over work.
• Monitor progress and quality, resolve issues, and implement corrective actions.

Qualifications:

• Diploma with 8 years’ piping supervisory experience on offshore decks, topsides, or living quarters.
• Experience with multinational teams, spool fabrication, and installation.
• Knowledge of exotic, GRE, carbon steel, and CRA-clad piping systems.
• Strong understanding of industry codes, standards, and work practices.

Skills and Competencies

• Strong site problem-solving, communication, and construction safety record.
• Knowledge of design codes, standards, and safety requirements for fabrication, installation, brownfield execution, and hook-up.
• Understanding of execution methods and risks in sour gas and LNG facilities.
• Experience in large-scale operations and project organizations.
