Lead the Compression EPC Contractor in safely delivering the CP Topsides Mechanical/HVAC scope in line with project HSE, quality, schedule, and execution objectives, ensuring design constructability, compliance with engineering drawings and industry standards, and effective interface management and resolution of fabrication issues.
 

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure fabrication HSE compliance.
• Manage topsides fabrication, ensuring safety, quality, and schedule targets.
• Supervise contractor activities and mechanical completion.
• Verify design constructability and technical compliance.
• Review deviations and ensure complete project documentation.
• Monitor progress, identify issues, and implement corrective actions.
• Coordinate fabrication, pre-commissioning, and commissioning.
• Participate in risk assessments, technical meetings, and lessons learned.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Science or Engineering; relevant experience may substitute for formal education.
• 8 years’ project execution experience in mechanical/HVAC scope within Oil & Gas EPC projects 1 year in a supervisory or oversight role.
• Strong knowledge of fabrication, welding, lifting, mechanical testing, completions, and field execution.
• Experience with Oil & Gas operators, EPC contractors, service providers, or heavy construction companies.
• Experience in large-scale operations and project organizations.

Skills and Competencies

• Knowledge of applicable standards, codes, and safety requirements for fabrication, transport, installation, brownfield execution, and hook-up.
• Experience with offshore/onshore facilities, structures, or fabrication yard operations.
• Understanding of execution methods and risks associated with sour gas and LNG facilities.
