Lead the Compression EPC Contractor in safe, quality-driven delivery of CP topsides piping fabrication, ensuring project objectives, design constructability, schedule adherence, and effective coordination between company and contractor teams.
Key Responsibilities:

Ensure fabrication HSE compliance and safe execution.

Manage CP Topsides piping fabrication to meet safety, quality, and schedule targets.

Oversee contractor fabrication, mechanical completion, pre-commissioning, and commissioning.

Verify design constructability and compliance with technical standards.
-
Review standards deviations and ensure complete handover documentation.

Monitor progress and quality, identify issues, and drive corrective actions.
-
Review contractor reports and coordinate progress follow-up.

Participate in risk assessments, technical meetings, and lessons learned.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Science or Engineering.
-
8 years’ Oil & Gas construction experience on large projects 1 year in supervision or contractor/vendor oversight. Relevant experience may substitute for formal education.
Skills and Competencies
-
Strong knowledge of project execution, field management, fabrication, welding, lifting, testing, and completions.

Oil & Gas experience with operators, EPC contractors, service providers, or heavy construction companies.

Knowledge of engineering standards, safety requirements, fabrication, transport, installation, and hook-up.

Familiarity with offshore/onshore facilities, structures, and yard operations.

Understanding of sour gas and LNG execution methods and risks.

Experience in large-scale operations or project organizations.
