Oversee Compression Platform E&IT planning and execution from yard activities through load-out, ensuring project objectives are met and design constructability, engineering standards, and fabrication execution are aligned through effective company-contractor coordination.
 

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and proper preservation of piping materials.
• Promote site safety through TBTs, risk assessments, and sharing lessons learned.
• Oversee piping installation and completion, ensuring zero carry-over work from the yard.
• Manage topsides piping fabrication to meet safety, quality, and schedule targets.
• Supervise contractor activities across fabrication, mechanical completion, pre-commissioning, and commissioning.
• Verify constructability and compliance with engineering specifications and applicable standards.
• Review construction standard deviations and ensure complete, accurate project dossiers and as-built documentation.
• Monitor progress and quality, identify issues, and recommend corrective actions.

Qualifications:

• Diploma in Electrical or Instrumentation.
• 8 years’ E&IT supervisory experience on large offshore decks, topsides, or living quarters.
• Experience working with multinational teams.
• Knowledge of project execution, field management, fabrication, welding, lifting, mechanical testing, and completions.

Skills and Competencies

• Experience with oil and gas companies, contractors, service providers, or heavy construction companies.
• Knowledge of design standards, codes, and safety requirements for fabrication, transport, installation, brownfield execution, and hook-up.
• Knowledge of offshore/onshore facilities, structures, and yard operations.
• Understanding of execution methods and risks associated with sour gas and LNG facilities.
• Experience in large-scale operations, projects, or subsurface organizations.
