Responsible for implementing the project quality management program and ensuring effective EPC Contractor quality management systems for Procurement Quality.
 

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement the Project Quality Plan and oversee Contractor Quality Management Systems to ensure material and equipment compliance.
• Implement procurement quality surveillance and monitor EPC Contractor procurement activities.
• Manage inspection resources and monitor Third-Party and Site Inspection Services performance.
• Monitor deficiencies and NCRs to ensure timely investigation, resolution, and compliance.
• Implement quality reporting to track performance, issues, risks, and trends.
• Participate in quality audits of procurement, purchasing, and subcontracting activities.
• Perform other quality-related duties as directed by the Head of Quality.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Science or Engineering.
• Additional qualifications in Quality, Welding, or NDE Inspection.
• Minimum 8 years’ Oil & Gas Quality experience.
• 1 year in a supervisory or oversight role.
• Experience with Oil & Gas operators, contractors, or service companies.
• Knowledge of relevant industry standards.

Skills and Competencies

• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal, presentation, negotiation, and facilitation skills.
• Ability to develop and implement Quality Management Systems for the Oil & Gas industry.
• Confident interaction with project teams and contractors.
• Strong analytical, organisational, and planning skills.
