Provide operational support for OT network infrastructure, ensuring reliable, secure and resilient operation through monitoring, troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, controlled changes, configuration management and stakeholder coordination.
 

Key Responsibilities:

• Strong hands-on knowledge of Ethernet, routing, VLANs, firewalls and OT networks.
• Configure, monitor and troubleshoot OT switches, routers, firewalls and communication links.
• Troubleshoot connectivity, routing, latency, packet loss and protocol issues.
• Maintain network configurations, topology, IPs, VLANs, firewall rules and backups.
• Implement approved changes, upgrades, security updates and failover testing.
• Support OT segmentation, DMZs, secure remote access and network monitoring.
• Analyse logs, packet captures and performance data for root-cause resolution.
• Coordinate maintenance, commissioning and troubleshooting with stakeholders and vendors.
• Maintain technical documentation, incident/change records and cybersecurity compliance.
• CCNA, CCNP or equivalent certification preferred.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Networking, Electronics, Computer Science or related discipline.
• CCNA, CCNP or equivalent networking certification preferred.
• 4–6 years’ relevant experience in OT network operations, preferably in oil and gas.
• Experience providing Level 2 OT network support and troubleshooting.
• Experience in network availability, configuration, monitoring, communications recovery and controlled changes.
