Oversee vendor packages, equipment and material supply to meet project schedules and required-on-site dates. Coordinate vendor readiness for key milestones, close punch items, and ensure constructability and lessons learned are effectively implemented.
 

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance with company, HSE and Quality standards.
• Monitor vendor performance, KPIs, delivery and required-on-site dates.
• Identify and mitigate delivery risks, issues and schedule threats.
• Drive solutions, continuous improvement and lessons learned implementation.
• Report vendor performance and coordinate key milestone activities.
• Maintain effective relationships with vendors, contractors and stakeholders.

Qualifications:

Skills and Competencies

• Strong HSE focus and safety awareness.
• Broad knowledge of design standards, offshore facilities, engineering execution and safety requirements.
• Knowledge of quality, inspection, manufacturing, fabrication and construction processes.
• Strong multidisciplinary engineering and construction knowledge.
• Excellent English communication and reporting skills; Chinese preferred.
• Willingness to travel as required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Navisworks and related tools.
