Provide ICS cybersecurity engineering support, including security implementation, audits, risk assessments, technology evaluations, and self-assessments. Support projects and advise ICS Custodians/ICSE Technicians on security maintenance, performance, and continuous improvement of ICS security strategies, policies, and design specifications.
 

Key Responsibilities:

• Support ICS modifications, equipment strategies, system upgrades, and best-practice implementation.
• Review ICS architectures, design specifications, and interfaces for security compliance.
• Participate in risk assessments, technology evaluations, DRP simulations, incident investigations, and continuous improvement.
• Validate brownfield modifications through FAT/SAT and support operational readiness and handover.
• Coordinate with ICS Security Custodians and ICSE Technicians to ensure policy compliance.
• Provide technical guidance on ICS Security Policy requirements across engineering, projects, and operations.
• Support periodic ICS security self-assessments and compliance reviews.
• Maintain ICS inventory, plans, schedules, KPIs, and contractor/service-provider activities.
• Conduct training, support competency development, and monitor emerging ICS security technologies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (I&C, Electrical, Electronics, Computer) or Computer Science.
• 6+ years’ oil & gas experience with ICS cybersecurity exposure.
• Experience implementing security controls in OT environments.
• Good understanding of Industrial Control Systems and OT environments.
• Knowledge of ICS security, networking, IDS/IPS, SIEM, and security monitoring tools.
• Knowledge of IEC, ANSI/ISA, API RP, and other relevant international standards.

Skills and Competencies

• Proficient in written and spoken English.
• Computer literate with strong ICS security troubleshooting skills.
• Lead ICS security issue resolution and drive continuous improvement.
