Job Description

China-based role supporting the fabrication team, overseeing AWP implementation, schedule delivery, and subcontractor/fabrication yard readiness for key execution processes.


 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure HSE, Quality, and company standards are effectively implemented across all sites.
  • Monitor contractor performance against KPIs, schedules, and objectives.
  • Identify and mitigate delivery risks, resolve issues, and create schedule float.
  • Drive AWP performance, continuous improvement, and lessons learned.
  • Communicate AWP progress and performance to management.
  • Build strong stakeholder relationships and coordinate cross-functional teams.
  • Coordinate milestone events with internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Science or Engineering.
  • 10 years’ Oil & Gas construction experience, including 2 years in a supervisory/oversight role.

Skills and Competencies
  • Strong HSE focus with proactive safety leadership and intervention.
  • Broad knowledge of design standards, codes, specifications, and safety criteria for fabrication, transport, installation, brownfield and hook-up activities.
  • Knowledge of offshore/onshore facilities, structures, and yard operations.
  • Good understanding of execution methods and risks for sour gas and LNG facilities.
  • Experience in large-scale Operations, Projects, or Subsurface organizations.
  • Proven project delivery experience with EPC contractors and subcontractors.
  • Strong track record in construction safety performance.
  • Willingness and ability to travel as required.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Navisworks, and relevant business tools.
