Logistics Coordinator (FOC & Site Facilities) for Trains 4 & 6 Restoration Project, supporting on-site coordination between teams to ensure successful and timely project execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical, administrative, and coordination support for offices and temporary support facilities.
- Liaise with RLC and client on administrative and operational activities, including permits.
- Coordinate staff mobilization, site coverage, office allocation, and access passes.
- Manage daily office operations, records, supplies, equipment, and inventory.
- Coordinate office maintenance, repairs, facilities, and service providers.
- Monitor office HSE, compliance, meeting rooms, and common areas.
- Coordinate vendors, monitor performance, and ensure contract compliance.
- Act as the first point of contact for office-related employee requests.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Commercial, Marketing, Engineering, Project Management, Supply Chain, Law, Communication, Technology, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field.
- 8 years’ business-related experience, including 4 years in Oil & Gas.
- Strong administrative experience with knowledge of project execution preferred.
Skills and Competencies
- International experience, particularly Qatar/Middle East; RLIC and large-scale project experience preferred.
- Valid driving license may be required.
- Strong problem-solving skills with ability to handle complex tasks and guide staff/internal customers.
- Proficient in MS Office, particularly Word and Excel.
- Self-driven, cost-conscious, and able to work independently within established procedures, plans, and budgets.
- Strong planning, scheduling, and coordination skills.
