Job Description

Provides planning and scheduling support to ensure project schedule quality and integrity, analyzes EPC schedules to identify concerns, and coordinates inputs for mitigation plans.


 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate PMT inputs for EPC schedule validation.
  • Develop, control, analyze, and improve project schedules.
  • Ensure contractor/subcontractor planning and scheduling compliance.
  • Support Project Controls and PMS planning deliverables.
  • Review and update EPC planning/scheduling procedures.
  • Monitor progress, productivity, trends, and potential delays.
  • Conduct delay/impact analysis and review recovery plans.
  • Assess and incorporate schedule impacts of approved changes.
  • Evaluate contractor scheduling performance and resolve discrepancies.
  • Review resources and schedules to address execution challenges.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant business, technical, engineering, or related discipline.

  • Minimum 6 years’ relevant experience, including 2 years in Oil & Gas.

  • Experience with Oil & Gas EPC contractors, subcontractors, and vendors.


Skills and Competencies

  • Ability to handle complex tasks, guide staff, and work independently.

  • Strong initiative, planning, scheduling, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent written and spoken English.

  • Proficiency in MS Office, databases/Power BI, and advanced Primavera (mandatory).

  • Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
