Oversee planning and execution of Compression Platform Complex fabrication from yard activities through loadout, ensuring project objectives are met. Ensure design constructability aligns with project drawings, industry standards, and processes while effectively managing interfaces, issues, and resolution with company and contractor teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure safety, quality, schedule, and contractual compliance.
- Supervise Contractor/Subcontractor fabrication and MC activities.
- Review engineering deliverables for constructability and technical compliance.
- Manage construction standards deviations and documentation.
- Monitor progress, quality, risks, and corrective actions.
- Coordinate MC, pre-commissioning, and commissioning activities.
- Lead risk assessments and technical/pre-job meetings.
- Implement and capture lessons learned.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Science or Engineering.
- 10+ years’ Oil & Gas construction/fabrication experience, including 2+ years in supervision.
- Strong knowledge of project execution, fabrication, welding, lifting, testing, and completions.
- Experience with Oil & Gas operators, contractors, service, or heavy construction companies.
Skills and Competencies
- Knowledge of fabrication, installation, brownfield, hook-up standards and safety requirements.
- Knowledge of offshore/onshore facilities and yard operations.
- Knowledge of sour gas and LNG execution risks.
- Experience with large-scale Oil & Gas organizations.
