Responsible for the maintenance, reliability, compliance, and continuous improvement of client facilities and infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage building infrastructure and utility operations.
- Ensure reliability of electrical, HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, drainage, water & BMS systems.
- Implement preventive/predictive maintenance programs.
- Conduct inspections and asset condition assessments.
- Identify risks, replacements, upgrades, and improvement projects.
- Maintain asset and maintenance records.
- Ensure safe, efficient, and compliant operations.
- Manage operating and capital budgets.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant discipline.
- 10+ years’ business-related experience, including 6+ years in Oil & Gas.
- 2+ years in supervisory/oversight role.
Skills and Competencies
- Knowledge of building infrastructure: HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire protection & utilities.
- Expertise in facility maintenance, asset management, BMS & CMMS.
- Knowledge of HSE, space/workplace, project and contract management.
