Responsible for overseeing and delivering all Quality activities for the Projects, ensuring that all technical requirements are in full compliance with project requirements, along all project phases from FEED to start-up.
 

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor contractor progress and timely issuance of quality documents, including Quality Plans.
• Implement the COMPANY Quality Management System across Engineering, Procurement and Construction.
• Provide QA/QC clarifications during tendering and review tender proposals for quality requirements.
• Ensure contractual quality requirements, ITPs and vendor surveillance procedures are fulfilled.
• Ensure quality requirements and procedures are followed from FEED through EPC, commissioning and start-up.
• Lead the development, implementation and continuous improvement of the Project Quality Management System.
• Plan and oversee internal/external quality audits and drive corrective and preventive actions.
• Manage NCRs, deviation requests and lessons learned, ensuring RCA and timely closure.
• Lead and mentor project quality personnel and ensure adequate resources, inspection coverage and training.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Science or Engineering.
• 10+ years’ Quality experience in the Oil & Gas industry
• 2+ years in a supervisory/oversight role.
• Experience with Oil & Gas operators, EPC contractors, subcontractors, vendors or service companies.
• Strong knowledge of Quality Management Systems, specifications, tools and industry standards.
• Experience managing Quality requirements across FEED, Detail Design, Procurement and Construction.
• Strong leadership, integrity and contractor management skills.
• Proficient in QA/QC systems, ISO 9001 and international codes/standards including API, ASME, ASTM, AWS and IEC.

• Fluent in written and spoken English.
• Strong analytical, organizational, coordination and planning skills.
• Good mediation, conflict resolution, problem-solving, creative thinking, influencing and empathy skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong knowledge of telecom industry codes, standards and practices.
