Lead role in the hands-on pre and post-award contract management activities related to a reimbursable contract for the Damage Assessment, Demolition, Engineering, Procurement, Construction of facilities, and contributing to the safe project delivery on time and on budget.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage pre- and post-award commercial and contract activities.
- Support value protection, contractual changes, correspondence and variations.
- Identify contractual risks and mitigation measures.
- Prepare contract performance and commercial reports.
- Support tenders, claims and dispute management.
- Coordinate with PMT, Legal, Risk and Functional teams on contract matters.
- Manage contract evaluations and close-outs.
- Perform effectively under high-value, high-pressure project conditions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant business, commercial, engineering, legal, project, supply chain or related discipline.
- 8 years’ business-related experience, including 4 years in Oil & Gas
- 1 year in a supervisory/oversight role.
- Experience in post-award major Energy Projects, including reimbursable contracts.
- Hands-on contractor management, contractual correspondence, variations/change orders and contractual advice.
