The HVAC Commissioning Lead Oversee all Pre-Commissioning and Commissioning activities for HVAC discipline executed offshore by the EPC Contractor. Ensure systems and sub-systems meet project specification requirements as per approved procedures.
 

Key Responsibilities:

• Witness contractor scope and progress against project requirements.
• Monitor Brownfield WHP/RT pre-shutdown and shutdown activities.
• Oversee offshore pre-commissioning and commissioning activities for safety and compliance.
• Monitor punch list creation, categorization, and clearance.
• Verify EPC completion dossiers through MC, pre-commissioning, commissioning, and handover.
• Monitor EPC preservation activities against project requirements.
• Capture and share SC lessons learned for the project register.
• Monitor subsystem progress in the Completion Management System and ensure timely handover.
• Control MC, CSA, and RFSU documentation and records.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Applied Sciences or Engineering.
• 8 years’ large-project Oil & Gas commissioning experience
• 1 year in a supervisory/oversight role.
• Strong knowledge of completion certificates and punch list categorization.
• Strong decision-making, analytical, prioritization, and interface skills.
• Experience with CMS platforms such as PIMS, WinPCS, ICAPS, Hexagon, or similar.
• Familiarity with Construction, QA/QC, and Operations interfaces.
• Excellent organizational, reporting, and communication skills.
• Strong understanding of HSE standards and safe system handover practices.
