Oversee offshore telecom pre-commissioning and commissioning activities, ensuring compliance with project specifications and approved procedures.
 

Key Responsibilities:

• Witness contractor work and progress against project requirements.

• Monitor construction activities during pre-shutdown and shutdown.

• Oversee safe and compliant offshore pre-commissioning and commissioning.

• Follow up punch-list creation, categorization, and clearance.

• Verify completion dossiers through handover to permanent assets.

• Monitor EPC contractor preservation activities for compliance.

• Capture and share project lessons learned.

• Monitor subsystem progress and ensure timely handovers.

• Control MC, pre-commissioning, and commissioning documentation.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Applied Sciences or Engineering.

• 8+ years’ Oil & Gas commissioning experience, including 1+ year in supervision.

• Strong knowledge of completion certificates and punch-list categorization.

• Experience with CMS tools: PIMS, WinPCS, ICAPS, Hexagon, or similar.

• Knowledge of Construction, QA/QC, and Operations interfaces.
