Oversee offshore ICSS & ESD pre-commissioning and commissioning activities, ensuring systems and subsystems comply with project specifications and approved procedures.
 

Key Responsibilities:

• Witness contractor works and verify test/check sheets.

• Monitor Brownfield pre-shutdown and shutdown activities.

• Oversee safe and compliant offshore pre-commissioning and commissioning.

• Manage punch list creation, categorization, and clearance.

• Verify completion dossiers and handover documentation.

• Monitor equipment preservation and compliance.

• Capture and share project lessons learned.

• Track subsystem progress and timely handovers through CMS.

• Control MC, pre-commissioning (CSA), and commissioning (RFSU) documentation.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Applied Sciences.

• 8+ years’ Oil & Gas commissioning experience, including 1 year supervisory experience.

• Strong knowledge of completion certificates, punch lists, and CMS.

Skills and Competencies

• Experience with PIMS, WinPCS, ICAPS, Hexagon, or similar systems.

• Experience across Construction, QA/QC, and Operations interfaces.

• Strong HSE, technical judgment, coordination, and decision-making skills.

• Major Oil & Gas pre-commissioning, commissioning, and start-up experience.

• Excellent communication, reporting, organizational, and influencing skills.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and fluent in English.
