Oversee offshore pre-commissioning and commissioning activities, ensuring HVAC and mechanical systems comply with project specifications and approved procedures.
 

Key Responsibilities:

• Witness and verify contractor testing and documentation.

• Monitor Brownfield construction, pre-shutdown, and shutdown activities.

• Oversee safe and compliant offshore pre-commissioning and commissioning.

• Manage punch list development and clearance.

• Verify completion dossiers and handover documentation.

• Monitor equipment preservation compliance.

• Capture and share project lessons learned.

• Track subsystem progress and ensure timely handover.

• Control MC, pre-commissioning (CSA), and commissioning (RFSU) documentation.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Applied Sciences.

• 8+ years’ commissioning experience in Oil & Gas, including 1 year in a supervisory role.

• Strong knowledge of completion certificates and punch list categorization.

• Proficient in Completion Management Systems (PIMS, WinPCS, ICAPS, Hexagon, or similar).

Skills and Competencies

• Experience with Construction, QA/QC, and Operations interfaces.

• Strong HSE awareness and safe handover practices, particularly offshore.

• Strong technical, analytical, organizational, and decision-making skills.

• Proven pre-commissioning, commissioning, and start-up experience on major Oil & Gas projects.

• Excellent communication, coordination, reporting, and influencing skills.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and adaptable to demanding schedules and changing priorities.

• Fluent in English.
