The Hook-Up and Commissioning Process Lead provides technical oversight and coordination during offshore HUC activities, ensuring contractor compliance, effective change management, accurate documentation, and readiness for safe asset handover.
 

Key Responsibilities:

• Supports EPC PMT by reviewing key contractor documents, reports, and technical submissions.
• Reviews technical proposals, deviations, exceptions, and new technologies for compliance.
• Applies and shares lessons learned across EPC projects.
• Supports qualification of new/non-approved suppliers.
• Reviews contractor manpower requirements and recommends adjustments.
• Supports schedule performance, milestones, and recovery plans.
• Witnesses contractor activities and approves test/check sheets.
• Verifies contractor progress reports and reporting accuracy.
• Participates in reviews and quality audits, tracking findings and corrective actions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Applied Sciences.
• 8+ years’ Oil & Gas commissioning experience, including 1+ year supervisory experience.
• Strong HUC, commissioning, start-up, completions, and PSSR expertise.

Skills and Competencies

• In-depth Process Engineering, testing, flow assurance, and LNG project knowledge.
• Proficient in P&IDs, datasheets, drawings, codes, standards, and specifications.
• Experience with LNG vendors, contractors, and large-scale projects.
• Strong leadership, planning, coordination, problem-solving, and technical judgment.
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and stakeholder management skills.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills and willingness to travel.
