Ensure Contractor HSE compliance through effective oversight, assurance, and guidance, minimizing risks and supporting safe project delivery in line with client requirements and industry best practice.
 

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance with client systems, HSE requirements, regulations, and international standards.
• Develop and implement HSE plans, procedures, and work schedules.
• Review EPCI deliverables and safety studies, supporting HSE planning.
• Participate in HAZID, HIRA, DRA, risk, constructability, and readiness reviews.
• Monitor Contractor HSE performance and compliance during construction and offshore installation.
• Provide HSE oversight, guidance, assurance, and regulatory support.
• Promote safety leadership, proactive safety culture, awareness, and lessons learned.
• Conduct daily site inspections, PTW reviews, JSA/RA checks, and compliance monitoring.
• Monitor and close out HSE actions, unsafe conditions, and Life Saving Rules violations.
• Coordinate daily with Contractor, Subcontractor, and Project HSE teams.
• Support toolbox talks, safety workshops, OJT, and workforce engagement.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in HSE, Risk Management, Engineering, or NVQ Level 6 HSE.
• NEBOSH General Certificate / Level 3 – mandatory.
• ISO 9001/14001/45001 Internal or Lead Auditor – mandatory.
• BOSIET/FOET/T-BOSIET with HUET and H2S training.
• Medically fit for offshore work.
• Minimum 10 years’ offshore oil & gas HSE experience, including DSV/marine/sub
