Advise and support Rotating Equipment Engineering activities during EPC and Startup phase until handover to permanent Asset whilst ensuring project deliverables meet Operations expectations in term of Safety, Operability, Reliability and Maintainability over the facility design life cycle.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support rotating equipment design, commissioning, start-up, troubleshooting, and MOC.
- Develop reliability, availability, and cybersecurity programs for critical equipment.
- Define best practices and performance improvements.
- Plan activities to meet section/division KPIs.
- Provide technical support across disciplines.
- Supervise contractors, consultants, and service providers.
- Guide junior engineers on integrity and reliability systems.
- Manage critical issues, risks, and handover packages.
- Support high-risk commissioning, equipment optimization, and O&M advisory.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or relevant specialization.
- 8+ years’ Oil & Gas experience in the relevant field.
- Expert knowledge of gas turbines, compressors, dry gas seals, pumps, and large industrial machinery.
Skills and Competencies
- Ability to work and make decisions under pressure.
- Fluent written and spoken English.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and technical applications.
