Coordinate and ensure implementation of the System Completion (SC) requirements by the stakeholders in line with the company procedure for multiple projects (CAT I-III) under OES umbrella.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure SC requirements are incorporated into FEED ORPs for CAT I–III projects.
- Align project SC procedures with OES Handover procedures, milestones, schedules and deliverables.
- Support the Completions & Handover Lead with ORP drafting, review, comments and approvals.
- Monitor SC software/database for multiple projects and report SC status per OES requirements.
- Coordinate OES resources for SC activities, including walkthroughs, inspections, check sheets and punch close-out.
- Ensure quality punch descriptions, timely close-out and compliance with punch dilution requirements.
- Ensure timely review and approval of commissioning/start-up (RFSU) dossiers and certificates.
- Provide SC status and deliverable inputs for OES weekly/monthly reports.
- Ensure commissioning procedures, work packs, TCPs and turnover packages comply with OES SC procedures and guidelines.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent.
- 6 years’ multidisciplinary oil & gas experience, including Systems Completion (SC), project interface and coordination.
- Experience managing SC databases and coordinating multiple parties to deliver project SC requirements.
Skills and Competencies
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Proficient in SC databases/software for monitoring, retrieving and presenting data.
- Strong interpersonal, planning and coordination skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and relevant technical applications.
