Provides planning, scheduling and cost control support for major projects, including schedule development and maintenance, performance monitoring, cost analysis, reporting, data consolidation and recommendations for cost improvement.

• Coordinate with project teams to resolve planning and execution issues and support effective project delivery.
• Develop, integrate, maintain and monitor project schedules, planning tools and schedule/cost data.
• Conduct schedule risk analysis and integrate EPC Level 3/4 schedules into management Level 0/1 schedules using Primavera P6.
• Prepare schedule and cost presentations, forecasts, progress reports, governance updates and mitigation recommendations.
• Assess schedule impacts arising from business changes and advise management on risks, corrective actions and mitigation.
• Review contractor progress reports, baselines and forecasts for accuracy and analyse schedule/progress trends.
• Support project schedule and cost analysis, reporting, forecasting and periodic schedule updates.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook; Power BI desirable.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 8 years’ project execution experience, including 6 years in major oil & gas projects or similar large-project environments.
• Strong business support/reporting experience with proven ability to independently resolve issues and develop effective solutions.
• Experience with National Oil Companies (NOCs) or International Oil Companies (IOCs) is an advantage.
