Provide analytical and technical writing capabilities to coordinate and deliver a comprehensive suite of executive-level deliverables, ensuring that management and shareholders receive clear, accurate, and timely insight into projects progress and status
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate governance activities and work scope across multiple projects.
- Compile and consolidate project data, progress updates, charts, and visuals for executive reporting.
- Coordinate internal and external interfaces to drive alignment and issue resolution.
- Ensure consistency and compliance with established procedures, plans, and governance processes.
- Prepare concise reports and presentations covering progress, performance, forecasts, trends, gaps, and mitigation actions.
- Develop and maintain KPIs, dashboards, and progress metrics for management and stakeholders.
- Provide timely reporting and early escalation of potential issues and concerns.
- Respond to ad-hoc reporting and analysis requests with accuracy and quick turnaround.
- Proactively coordinate with project teams and departments to resolve issues and support effective execution.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant discipline.
- Minimum 8 years’ experience in a relevant business function, including 4 years in Oil & Gas.
- Minimum 1 year in a supervisory, acting, or contractor/vendor oversight role.
- Experience with National Oil Companies (NOCs) or International Oil Companies (IOCs) is an advantage.
