Job Description

Support the Head of Technical Lifting in advising project teams, maintaining lifting assurance and compliance, updating company\'s lifting standards and best practices, and managing HiPo lifting incident investigations, corrective actions, and risk mitigation close-out.


 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Apply the company\'s Lifting Code of Practice and provide technical guidance.
  • Improve lifting procedures, practices and project execution.
  • Conduct risk assessments and resolve complex technical issues.
  • Manage lifting assurance and compliance across projects.
  • Support contractor selection and qualification.
  • Promote lifting safety leadership and best practices.
  • Investigate HiPo incidents and manage corrective actions.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Science or Engineering.
  • 8+ years’ Oil & Gas construction/project experience, including 1+ year in supervision.
  • Knowledge of API, ASME, BS, DNV, ISO and LOLER standards.
  • Strong lifting and rigging calculation skills per DNV.
  • Experience managing lifting compliance and assurance processes.

  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving, follow-up and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational, coordination, planning and influencing skills.
  • Strong leadership and interface management skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office and relevant technical applications.
