Review and assure Onshore and Offshore Projects scaffolding scope in compliance with governing standards, procedures and best industry practices. Implement effective site observation and intervention program ensuring safe and effective execution of scaffolding works.
 

Key Responsibilities:

• Audit and monitor the EPC Contractor’s scaffolding program and ScafTag System for NFE compliance.
• Support scaffolding contractor prequalification, audits, and competency assessments.
• Support PMTs with risk screening and formal risk assessments for scaffolding activities.
• Act as the Onshore PMT focal point for scaffolding-related site issues.
• Monitor skills development and competency of scaffolding personnel.
• Support SHE&S strategy development and lead/participate in incident investigations.
• Establish strong SHE&S networks across contractors and project teams.
• Manage communication of lessons learned and best practices across MP/NFPS teams.
• Promote strong contractor safety leadership and effective safety practices.
• Monitor onshore safety campaigns and hazard management programs through field leadership.

Qualifications:

• CISRS Level III or ECITB Advanced Level certification.
• Minimum 10 years’ Oil & Gas operations experience, including 5 years as a Senior Supervisor.
• Ability to review engineered scaffolding designs.
• Strong knowledge of NASC Technical Guidance TG20.
• Knowledge of QatarEnergy LNG Operating Standards & Procedures is an advantage.
