The Planning Lead will develop and manage the integrated schedule for field construction activities, supporting EPC contractors with planning, scheduling, forecasting, risk analysis, resource loading, reporting, and development of construction packages and work breakdown structures.

• Promote SHES standards and strong safety leadership.
• Lead and oversee EPC and subcontractor schedules.
• Monitor milestones, schedule risks, and mitigation plans.
• Review schedules, resources, work packs, and progress reports.
• Support construction performance reviews and reporting.
• Track manpower, productivity, and execution progress.
• Coordinate with OPCO, contractors, Engineering, and Procurement.
• Provide guidance on costs, changes, claims, and contract matters.

• Bachelor’s degree in Science or Engineering.
• Minimum 8 years of Oil & Gas construction-related experience on large projects
• At least 1 year in a supervisory or oversight role.

• Proficient in MS Office, Adobe, and Primavera P6.
• Strong planning, coordination, organization, communication, and execution skills.
• Effective interpersonal skills and ability to coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.
