Responsible for client quality management and EPC Contractor compliance for Procurement Quality on the NFPS Compression COMP4 Project.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement Project Quality Plan and oversee Contractor compliance.
- Ensure purchased materials/equipment meet project specifications.
- Execute Procurement Quality Surveillance Program.
- Manage TPSIS/SIS inspection resources and performance.
- Manage deficiencies and NCRs through closure.
- Monitor and report procurement quality performance, risks, and trends.
- Support project quality audits and Contractor process assessments.
- Perform other quality tasks as directed by Head of Quality.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Science/Engineering.
- Additional Quality, Welding, or NDE qualifications.
- 8+ years’ Oil & Gas Quality experience, including 1+ year supervisory experience.
Skills and Competencies
- Experience with Oil & Gas operators, contractors, or service companies.
- Strong knowledge of industry standards and Quality Management Systems.
- Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong influencing, negotiation, and facilitation skills.
- Confident interaction with project teams and contractors.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and planning skills.
