Shared Services T&I will lead execution across all MP and NFSP Offshore projects, ensuring “One Team” accountability and providing T&I Engineering and Execution support.
 

Key Responsibilities:

• T&I Governance: Oversee T&I processes, procedures, assurance, safety, integrity, and execution efficiency.
• Technical Leadership: Provide expertise and decisions on T&I engineering, vessels, load-out, transportation, and installation.
• Knowledge Sharing: Guide teams through lessons learned and EPC T&I deliverables.
• Performance: Manage KPIs, progress reporting, and integrated T&I plans across EPCs.
• Performance Improvement: Monitor T&I performance, identify improvements, and apply lessons learned.
• Resources: Ensure effective T&I resource planning, deployment, and utilization.
• Stakeholder Alignment: Coordinate with client Operations, Marine, and Logistics teams.
• Safety Leadership: Drive safe T&I execution and support project leadership.
• Risk & Change Management: Manage T&I risks and control execution/design changes through PMOC.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Science or Engineering.
• 15+ years’ experience, including 10+ years in T&I project management.
• Experience in offshore heavy lifts, pipeline/cable installation, load-out, and transportation.

Skills and Competencies

• Senior leadership and supervisory experience.
• Float-over installation experience preferred.
• Global offshore contractor experience and strong industry standards knowledge.
• Offshore survival certification and ability to pass medical evaluation.
• Excellent English, communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong computer literacy and technical software proficiency.
• Ability to work offshore, on platforms, or vessels.
