The job purpose is to lead and support initiatives, ensuring a safe and healthy working environment across all MP and NFPS portfolio. This includes fostering a positive safety culture, managing risk, and ensuring compliance with standards.
 

Key Responsibilities:

• Support Major Projects Strategy development, implementation, and continuous improvement.
• Provide strategic leadership across FEED, EPC, offshore installation, commissioning, startup, and handover.
• Translate project objectives into action plans, governance, KPIs, and accountability frameworks.
• Analyze portfolio performance, cross-project risks, and strategic insights for decision-making.
• Manage dashboards, KPI reporting, governance metrics, and executive performance reports.
• Lead Human Performance, Safety Leadership, and Safety Culture initiatives.
• Drive performance improvement through KPIs, benchmarking, lessons learned, and assurance findings.
• Support digital transformation, innovation, analytics, and data visualization initiatives.
• Provide oversight of critical risk programs, including MAH, marine, lifting, SIMOPS, contractors, and Life Saving Rules.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Science, Safety, Health, Environment, Security, or Engineering.
• 10+ years’ SHES experience in the Oil & Gas industry
• 2+ years in a supervisory or personnel oversight role.

Skills and Competencies

• Experience with Oil & Gas operators, contractors, or service companies.
• Experience in large-scale Operations, Projects, Subsurface, or similar organizations.
• Strong knowledge of SHES management systems and programs.
• High proficiency in written and spoken English.
• Strong computer literacy, including professional office and technical applications.
