Manage all quality assurance activities and performance for both internal and external teams to ensure effective communication, coordination, and system implementation according to project needs. Engage in new project activities from conceptual design through to commissioning, ensuring the application of lessons learned from previous projects. Ensure a smooth start-up and transition to a permanent organization for all new projects.
 

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee project quality activities, systems, and third-party quality risks.
• Develop, manage, and enforce the Project QMS across PMTs, contractors, and suppliers.
• Ensure quality requirements are incorporated into contracts, tenders, POs, and project procedures.
• Manage Project Quality Plans, surveillance programs, audits, KPIs, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure regulatory licenses and statutory quality requirements are achieved.
• Lead quality audits and ensure EPC/contract quality compliance.
• Drive timely closure of nonconformities and preventive/corrective actions.
• Manage quality interfaces with Start-up/Operations and support system completion and handover.
• Promote continuous improvement using Six Sigma, Lean, Kaizen, PDCA, and related tools.
• Coach project teams and quality personnel to ensure competency and quality awareness.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Science or Engineering.
• Qualification in Quality Improvement (Six Sigma, Statistical Analysis, Root Cause Analysis, etc.).
• Quality Auditor training/certification.
• 10+ years’ Oil & Gas quality experience
• 2+ years in a supervisory/oversight role.
• Experience with large-scale operations, projects, contractors, and service companies.
• Strong knowledge of QMS, quality tools, specifications, fabrication/manufacturing processes, and project management systems.
• Knowledge of applicable codes and standards, including ISO 9001/29001, ISO 17025, ASME B16, API Q1/Q2.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Strong computer literacy.
