Responsible for implementing the company\'s project quality management program and ensuring effective Contractor QMS implementation during LQ Topsides fabrication for the project. Supervises quality activities to ensure compliance with project objectives.
 

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with yard, inspectors, EPC contractors, subcontractors and vendors to resolve quality issues promptly.
• Implement company\'s Quality Management System and verify EPC contractor activities.
• Manage NCRs, technical deviations, corrective actions and lessons learned.
• Monitor quality performance, identify concerns and recommend improvements.
• Support safety programs, site inspections, reporting and quality coordination.
• Perform additional quality tasks as directed by the Head of Quality.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Science or Engineering.
• Additional qualifications in Quality, Welding and NDE Inspection.
• Minimum 8 years’ Oil & Gas Quality experience, including 1 year in a supervisory/oversight role.
• Experience with Oil & Gas operators, contractors or service companies.
• Experience in large-scale operations and project environments.
• Knowledge of Quality Systems, specifications, tools and relevant industry standards.

• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal, presentation, negotiation and facilitation skills.
• Ability to develop and implement Oil & Gas Quality Management Systems.
• Confidently engage with project teams and contractors.
• Strong analytical, organisational and planning skills.
