The Quality Specialist (Assurance) ensures effective implementation of the Project Quality Management System in line with the company\'s requirements, covering quality surveillance, NCR/CAR management, audits, inductions, performance reporting, flawless execution, and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead implementation of the Project Quality Plan and oversee Contractor QMS compliance.
- Verify effective implementation of Engineering, Procurement, and Construction quality systems.
- Support Procurement and Construction Quality Surveillance Programs.
- Manage deficiencies and NCRs, including root cause analysis and corrective actions.
- Monitor and report quality performance, risks, trends, and KPIs.
- Coordinate Company and Contractor project audits and maintain audit records.
- Coordinate project quality orientations and training.
- Support Gate Reviews, quality reporting, and lessons learned activities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Science or Engineering.
- Additional qualifications in Quality, Welding, or NDE Inspection.
- Minimum 8 years’ Oil & Gas Quality experience.
- Experience with Oil & Gas companies, contractors, or service providers.
- Knowledge of relevant industry standards.
Skills and Competencies
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal, presentation, negotiation, and facilitation skills.
- Ability to develop and implement Oil & Gas Quality Management Systems.
- Confidently engage with project teams and Contractors.
