Execute and support inspection activities during EPC and Startup phase until handover to permanent Asset to ensure a safe, efficient and reliable operation of the new facilities by early defect detections in accordance with established policies, procedures, instructions and targets.
 

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct visual inspections and NDT of static equipment, piping, and lifting equipment.
• Perform integrity assessments and prepare inspection reports using Meridium.
• Inspect maintenance and project works for compliance with codes, standards, and procedures.
• Perform and supervise NDT activities and ensure safe execution.
• Raise and track inspection recommendations and SAP notifications to closure.
• Maintain inspection equipment, records, and databases.
• Coordinate contractor resources and ensure quality service delivery.

Qualifications:

Skills and Competencies

• Fluent in written and spoken English.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and relevant inspection software.
• Experienced with Meridium or similar data management systems.
• Knowledge of RBI, corrosion control, and damage mechanisms.
• Basic knowledge of plant processes and materials.
• Knowledge of UT, MT, PT, RT, and advanced NDT techniques.
• Familiar with relevant international codes and standards.
• API 510/570 or equivalent and API 653 certification as required.
