Advise and support electrical engineering activities during EPC and start-up phase until handover to permanent asset whilst ensuring project deliverables meet operations expectations in term of safety, operability, reliability, and maintainability over the facility design life cycle.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide Electrical Engineering support for design, commissioning, start-up, troubleshooting, and failure analysis.
- Ensure reliability, availability, and cyber security of critical electrical systems.
- Develop best practices, improvement initiatives, plans, and work schedules.
- Provide technical support to multidisciplinary teams and business functions.
- Supervise contractors, consultants, and electrical service providers.
- Mentor engineers on integrity and reliability systems.
- Support project tie-ins and resolution of critical technical issues.
- Maintain issue registers and manage electrical technology risks.
- Support high-risk commissioning, system tuning, and optimization.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering.
- 8+ years’ experience in the Oil & Gas industry.
- Specialist-level competency in Electrical Engineering.
