Ensures offshore QA/QC compliance for subsea pipeline and sleeper repairs, supports inspections during shutdowns, and oversees onshore fabricated item checks and site integration, aligned with client standards
 

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance with client systems and maintain contractor relations.
• Support Project Quality Plan using FEED deliverables.
• Plan and monitor quality inspections for pipeline repairs.
• Coordinate with contractors, inspectors, and regulators offshore.
• Review quality reports and verify repair procedures.
• Assist underwater inspections and report findings.
• Oversee third-party inspections and documentation.
• Manage non-conformances and corrective actions.
• Capture lessons learned for process improvement.
• Enforce client HSE standards throughout the project.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering
• CSWIP 3.4UC certified; valid OPITO certificates
• 6+ years QA/QC in oil & gas subsea projects
• Lead underwater inspection controller
• Expertise in pipeline integrity, NDT, coatings, corrosion
• Knowledge of marine operations and inspection methods
• Skilled in UWI reporting and compliance with client standards

Skills and Competencies

• Fluent in spoken and written English
• Strong qualitative and quantitative investigative skills
• Advanced computer literacy
• Adaptable to multinational/multicultural environments
• Committed team player under tight project schedules
• Proven QC inspection and subsea pipeline repair experience (advantageous)
