Provide Engineering support to the project leadership team by over seeing the execution of all engineering Studies required to for execution of the project, ensuring clear alignment between all stakeholders. Ensure that the project’s requirements for all engineering deliverables, related to the project are fully executed by the engineering contractor per project schedule.
 

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead engineering, design, quality, and technical execution against project schedules.
• Manage engineering studies, scopes, procedures, and deliverables to optimize execution.
• Coordinate with PMT and engineering teams on project requirements and objectives.
• Ensure compliance with project standards, specifications, procedures, and management systems.
• Support technical bid evaluations and assess contractor/consultant capabilities.
• Monitor engineering progress, milestones, reporting, changes, and recovery plans.
• Capture and share lessons learned for continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering.
• 10+ years’ discipline experience, including 6+ years in senior engineering roles on major oil & gas capital projects.
• 2+ years’ supervisory experience or oversight of contractors/vendors.
• Strong cross-cultural communication and teamwork skills.

Skills and Competencies

• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Strong organisational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Advanced computer literacy in professional and technical applications.
• Knowledge of Document Control and Information Management processes.
