Provide technical and construction leadership for the Project, coordinating contractors and supervising work fronts to ensure compliance with approved sequences, safety, quality, schedule, permits, and Company requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead safety, health, environmental and welfare standards across scaffolding activities.
- Supervise EPC contractors/subcontractors and coordinate scaffolding execution, interfaces and reporting.
- Ensure effective PTW, risk mitigation, methodologies, work packs and constructability reviews.
- Monitor progress, milestones, manpower, productivity, materials, equipment inspections and laydown areas.
- Maintain clear communication with OPCO, contractors and project teams to ensure safe, timely delivery.
Qualifications:
- Diploma with relevant discipline/trade vocational certification.
- Minimum 8 years’ Oil & Gas construction experience on large projects.
- Experience in construction, installation, fabrication, execution, completion or hook-up activities.
- Minimum 1 year in a supervisory, acting, or service/vendor oversight role.
