Lead NFXP Offshore manpower resourcing and mobilization, coordinating with PMT, EP&S, and agencies to ensure timely staffing, operational continuity, and budget compliance.
 

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage OCRs and PMT staffing changes.
• Coordinate PMT recruitment, interviews, approvals, and onboarding.
• Manage SIS/TPIS recruitment, onboarding, and manpower needs.
• Control SIS/TPIS budgets, CAP usage, forecasting, and reporting.
• Maintain manpower, hiring, contract, and inspection registers.
• Coordinate visa and mobilization support with relevant stakeholders.
• Develop processes, tools, and documentation; resolve recruitment gaps.
• Support staffing, HOSRs, talent data, mobilization, and workforce planning.
• Support inspection contract renewals and performance reviews.
• Support WP&B, manpower cost estimates, and reporting.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline.
• 8+ years’ experience, including 4+ years in Oil & Gas.

Skills and Competencies

• Strong business/project process knowledge.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Proficient in MS Office, SAP, dashboards, and data analytics.
• Strong stakeholder coordination and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
• Experience in multicultural, project-driven environments.
• Strong analytical and risk-based decision-making skills.
