Support the NFPS Venture Business Division Manager in overseeing communications, governance, reporting, and stakeholder engagement.
 

Key Responsibilities:

• Communications Strategy: Develop and execute an integrated strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Communications Execution: Deliver internal, external, and digital communications; manage media, content, milestones, and compliance.
• Multimedia Production: Lead end-to-end production of videos, animations, motion graphics, and visual content.
• Content Development: Create scripts, storyboards, interviews, drone footage, and on-site content.
• Stakeholder & Governance Support: Coordinate Steering Committees, PLT meetings, presentations, pre-reads, agendas, and minutes.
• Governance Reporting: Coordinate and standardize weekly, monthly, quarterly, and ad-hoc reporting.
• Leadership Support: Support the Division Manager on strategic business and communication matters.
• Acting Responsibilities: Represent the function and Division Manager when required.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant business, technical, or communications discipline.
• 10+ years’ experience, including 6 years in Oil & Gas and 2 years in a supervisory/acting role.

Skills and Competencies

• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Advanced Adobe Creative Suite & Microsoft Office skills.
• Experience in video production, animation, multimedia, and digital content management.
• Familiarity with AI-enabled media and emerging digital tools.
• Strong interpersonal and cross-cultural communication skills.
